The gardens are moving to use Volgistics to record all hours. For hours worked at the gardens the login process is recording your hours. For things done from home including Zoom meetings please use the process as outlined here. You may still use the normal process but it will be going away soon, by mid-year.

Please put Conservatory Ambassador hours under Education.

Please only submit your hours once for each month.

See below the hours input box for details.

NOTE: Hours do not appear on the spreadsheet until the beginning of the following month.

 

ADMINISTRATION:  Office Support, Admissions Booth

GIFT SHOP:  All tasks

MEETINGS:  Board meetings, monthly (Wednesday) general meeting, committee and planning meetings

EDUCATION:  Giving tours, teaching & attending classes, working in SOW, HCG, library, etc., displays for public, historical research, etc.

GARDENING:  Garden grooming, propagating, plant stocking, signs, tags, maintenance projects, beautification, etc.

SPECIAL EVENTS:  All tasks: planning, coordinating and working at all special events, festivals and plant sales.

OTHER:  Any activity not included above.

Include travel time on all activities.
