The Hospitality Coordinator is a member of the Docent Executive Board. \u00a0The Hospitality Assistant assists at the direction of the Hospitality Coordinator.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #22421a; font-weight: bold;\">Duties:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Attend and ensure food and refreshments are provided for assigned meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Inventory, order and maintain adequate inventory of supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and oversee refreshment set-up and clean-up.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and oversee set-up and break-down of outdoor\/indoor meeting chairs, tables and serving equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange a tracking process for potluck dishes as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Manage funds collected from meeting raffle and coffee fund.
