On a quarterly basis the DEB selects and submits VOM names for recognition in Quail tracks and at the regular volunteer and docent meetings.<\/p>\n<h2>Duties:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Four times a year at the February, April, August and November DEB meetings collect completed VOM proposal forms. Forms submitted after this date will be entered for the next quarter.<\/li>\n<li>Four times a year at the March, May, September and December meetings handout to the DEB members\u00a0a collated\u00a0worksheet compiled from the proposal forms, hours information and other sources for voting on at the next DEB.<\/li>\n<li>Four times a year at the January, April, July and October meetings log the voting of the board members and pass the next three VOMs to be included in Quail tracks and for presenting at the general meetings.
