The Docent Chairperson should be familiar with the Operating Regulations of the San Diego Botanic Docent Society and the SDBG By-laws.<\/p>\n<p>The duties performed on a regular basis are, but not limited to:-<\/p>\n<h2>Docent Meeting<\/h2>\n<p>(9:30 am, 1st Wednesday of Month)<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 One week prior to meeting, prepare and send an email to docents reminding them of upcoming meeting.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Prepare Docent Meeting agenda.<\/p>\n<h2>DEB Meetings<\/h2>\n<p>(10 am, Third Wednesday of Month) 1.
