General Description

To find new and interesting garden tours to schedule for the  Quail Gardens Docents & Volunteers.

Duties:

1. Planning and setting the dates and times for the tours
2. Presenting the planned tour at the monthly meeting &  having sign up sheet & directions available.
3. Coordinating and attending the tour
4. Sending ?thank you? note to the host(s) of the tour

Specific Skills:

1. Like researching and finding new  adventures!
2. Some simple computer skills for doing maps and  printing directions.

Helpful Hints:

You will have a smooth  tour if you do a ?dry run?of the route to check on ease of directions,   traffic, and how much time it will take  to get to and from tour!
Time Required: Up to you how often you schedule tours and how much pre tour prep you do.
