Admission Coordinator – Job Description

 

General Description:

Responsible for: staffing Admission booth for weekend visitors. In addition, maintain all literature about its gardens and process all admissions.

 

Duties:

  1. Issue visitor guides and process admission fees
  2. Operate cash register and make change
  3. Process membership applications and pass out temporary admission cards and Quail Tracks when required
  4. Recommend seeing certain attractions in the Gardens

 

Specific Skills:

  1. Computer friendly
  2. Make up monthly weekend schedule for volunteers
  3. Aid volunteers in finding replacements for booth when necessary
  4. Enjoy meeting and talking to Garden visitors

 

Time Required:

Schedule preparation 1 – 1.5 hours per month

 

Recommended Term:

1 calendar year
