Admission Coordinator – Job Description
General Description:
Responsible for: staffing Admission booth for weekend visitors. In addition, maintain all literature about its gardens and process all admissions.
Duties:
- Issue visitor guides and process admission fees
- Operate cash register and make change
- Process membership applications and pass out temporary admission cards and Quail Tracks when required
- Recommend seeing certain attractions in the Gardens
Specific Skills:
- Computer friendly
- Make up monthly weekend schedule for volunteers
- Aid volunteers in finding replacements for booth when necessary
- Enjoy meeting and talking to Garden visitors
Time Required:
Schedule preparation 1 – 1.5 hours per month
Recommended Term:
